Welcome to LEAD-Zyme, an integrated web-based biocatalysis platform developed by Huang Group.

 

LEAD-Zyme focuses on advancing artificial intelligence to streamline biocatalyst development workflows covering enzyme mining and rational enzyme design, incorporating manually curated biocatalyst databases, in-house physicochemical prediction tools for enzymes and an LLM-powered AI agent.

Bio-Space

Bio-Space is a web server maintained by the Huang Group, featuring a range of custom biocatalyst databases, providing a user-friendly interface for enzyme search based on their organism, UniProt ID, accession number, PDB code, ligand, EC number.

The BioAID AI agent enables users to describe enzyme design or engineering tasks in plain language, automatically translating them into executable computer instructions for analysis or integration with subsequent design processes
